Frequently asked questions

Why did the bot delete my message?

The bot can automatically delete messages for several reasons:

  • AntiSpam — Your message contained a link to another Telegram group/channel
  • AntiFlood — You sent too many messages in a short period of time
  • Word Filter — Your message contained a banned word
  • AI Moderation — The content was detected as inappropriate (NSFW, scam, etc.)
  • Channel Subscription — You are not subscribed to the required channel

Why is it asking me for a captcha?

When you join a protected group, the bot sends you a captcha to verify that you are not a spam bot. Follow the instructions in private to complete it.

How do I subscribe to the required channel?

If the bot deletes your message and shows a "Subscribe" button, click on it to go to the channel. Once subscribed, you will be able to write normally.

Can I report someone?

Yes. Reply to the problematic message with /report and the administrators will be notified. Do not abuse this feature.

Where can I see the rules?

Type /rules in the group or in private to the bot.

How does the pole game work?

Every day at 00:00 (Spain time) the race opens. Type pole (or oro, bitcoin, mástil) to earn 3 points. Then someone can take the subpole (1 pt) and after that the fail (0.5 pts). Use !polerank to see the ranking. See the Pole Game page for the full guide.

What are special poles?

Poles with limited time windows: Canary Pole (01:00–02:00), Andalusian Pole (12:00–19:00), and Duckies Pole (22:22). Each has its own ranking.

What happens if I type !click?

It's Russian roulette: you have a 1 in 6 chance of being kicked from the group. It only works if an admin has enabled it in /config. Admins cannot be kicked.

Can I change the bot language?

Administrators can change the bot language in each group from /config. The bot supports English and Spanish (English by default). In private chats, the bot automatically detects your Telegram language.
