Acceptance of terms
By using OmniGest (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of service
OmniGest is a Telegram bot that provides group management tools including moderation, analytics, automation, and engagement features. The Service also includes a web dashboard at omnigestbot.com.
Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- One person may not maintain more than one account
Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the bot to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
Bot permissions
When you add OmniGest to your Telegram group, you grant the bot permission to:
- Read and delete messages (for moderation)
- Ban, kick, mute, and restrict group members
- Send messages on behalf of moderation actions
- Collect group statistics (message counts, not content)
You can revoke these permissions at any time by removing the bot from your group.
Availability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
OmniGest and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or moderation actions taken by the bot.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
