Set up Amazon affiliate links
OmniGest can rewrite the Amazon links shared in your group with your own Amazon Associates tag, so the commissions go to you (revenue share: 75% yours / 25% the bot's). Amazon needs no API key — just your tracking ID, also called Store ID or simply your "tag".
1. Join Amazon Associates
Sign up at the Amazon Associates site for your country, for example:
- United States — affiliate-program.amazon.com
- Spain — afiliados.amazon.es
- United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France… — each marketplace has its own program.
Use the program for the marketplace where your audience actually buys.
2. Find your tracking ID
Your tracking ID (Store ID) appears in the top-right corner of the Associates dashboard. It looks like yourname-20 (US) or yourname-21 (Spain) — the number suffix depends on the marketplace.
You can also read it from any affiliate link you generate: it's the value after ?tag= (for example …?tag=yourname-21).
3. (Optional) Create a dedicated tracking ID
Open Account Settings → Manage Tracking IDs to create a separate ID just for your Telegram group, so you can measure its performance on its own. You can have up to 100.
4. Enter it in OmniGest
In a private chat with the bot, run /afiliado (or /config → Affiliate links → Set up Amazon tag) and paste your tracking ID — the full yourname-21.
Amazon link conversion switches on for your group and uses your tag.
Good to know
- Revenue share is 75% your tag / 25% the bot's.
- Use the tag for the right marketplace: a
-21(Spain) tag earns nothing on amazon.com, and vice versa. - No API key or secret is needed for Amazon — only the tag.
- Stuck? See the affiliate links toggle in the bot configuration.
